Please note that the Guru's Lair is best used with larger display systems. Especially for our many free ebooks, classic .pdf files and high detail images. Our calculators are best used with "real" keyboards.

While somewhat in disuse, the term "Midnight Engineering" referred to an individual developing something on their own time and their own low to utterly negligible budget without any corporate sanctions or encouragement or approval.

Sort of a real world Incredible Secret Money Machine.

Midnight Engineering magazine and its yearly conferences addressed this need and I did a Blatant Opportunist column for them. Which later became a web ezine and eventually rolled over into our GuruGram online series.

These columns can be linked here.
